wood, plastic, and paper are good insulators.

3. gold (3rd best)
4. aluminum (4th)

insulators... rubber, PVC, ceramic, some plastics, glass

there is no such thing as a perfect insulator, meaning ... with enough voltage, it will go through anything... think of voltage as pressure, the higher the voltage the more pressure it has to push through an object
