you're right in your observation, i wish i knew the answer.

my guess education, they just didn't learn.

do you think they know the difference between there, their and they're?

r u one of those ppl who make a big deal out of others mistakes,

Most people (i feel) know the difference, but just simply make mistakes. thats all.

You can usually tell the difference between the writing of a person who is smart but made some grammer errors and someone who is just plain uneducated....if you cant tell the difference, then maybe the problem is with you.

That is one of the numerous grammatical errors one sees here. What is worse, people don't know the difference between to, too and two. Don't even get me started on capitalization and spelling.

I don't know why. Don't you learn that in about 3rd or 4th grade? I'm just glad I'm not the only one who doesn't understand why everyone's grammar and spelling is so horrible!

the english language is the hardest to learn according to friends who speak english but are foreign born and still learning. your example is one of my biggest pet peeves! ignorance and not paying attention is the problem here.
