Imagine you just started making new account. You start with Level 1, 101 points (100 for making new account +1 for visiting). I will never ask question. You keep getting Best Answer everytime you answer a question. You answer questions and voting until you reached to the limit everyday. Using the point system chart, how many days will your new account will be at Level 5?
(I'm too lazy to figure it out by myself, even when I'm High School student)

It's also possible to get points for thumbs up on a question for a good answer. So there is no way to answer your question.
