Medium rare.
I never used to like steaks when I was a kid because my mom would cook the damn things until you could hammer nails with them. Then about 10 years ago, my boss took me out to dinner and convinced me to order my steak medium. I've loved steak ever since. You should try it some time (make sure it's a good cut of steak like a filet mignon).

Either medium rare, or if it's a thick piece of meat, I like it medium.

Medium for me. I used to like well done bc I didn't like the look of the raw meat but then my best friend let me take a bite of his medium steak and it was sooooo good. I was hooked!

I like my steak "medium rare." I like my burgers cooked to the proper temp. I like my roast "medium."
