There are many but the main reason I like them is I can forget about my life and challenges for that hour. Shows would be Stargate Atlantis, Lost, Boston Legal, Damages, Rescue Me, House, and ER.

I don't really have a "favorite" just ones I watch...I think most television programming is drivel and I usually have the television turned off.
