FINALLLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! JEEZ!!! TOOK THE BEARS LONG ENUFF TO MAKE THEE MOST OBVIOUS DECISION!!!! ANyone wud makea better qb than rex. Hes always been inconsistent as u can chek his ratings where it was very high early in the season then started dropping to SINGLE digits. If the Bears made this move last season, they could have had a chance to win the superbowl. INstead they got total crap out of grossman and a wasted effort for such a talented team. The Bears pretty much excel in every category incl DEF obviosuly and their offense WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THEIR QB. Rex Grossman pulled the team back all last season with his endless turnovers. I am glad the bears finally made this move, but also shocked at how long it took them to decide.

Yes It was long over due. I do not understand what Lovie was seeing.

He throws a nice ball and some really nice passes at times, but he is not a playmaker and is very inconsistent.

Griesie is good if he can stay focused. Leak will be good but is inexperienced and looked shakey in pre-season. Griesie is the best choice and it will be a great improvement.

I wouldn't say I'm GLAD, I'm not a Bears fan, but I'm ... how do I put this ... relieved. for the Bears fans out there.
because he sucks with his inconsistency and poor decision making.
He was hurting an otherwise decent team with a good shot for another post-season run.
hopefully it's not too late for the Bears to get out of the hole he's dug for them ...

that is not only you. each and every person has been thinking how Rex controlled to stay in as long as he has. i do no longer think of Chicago has something to lose by utilising putting Brian Griese in as beginning QB. I propose, they could no longer probably play worse than they have been. i assume it took my Cowboys beating them to finally open human beings's eyes to the authentic opposition in the league precise now.

Is griese going to do any better...The offensive line is really weak...Not defending Rex but without protection he just throws and makes mistakes....So I think they are still problematic at offense...which is sad, their defense is great!!!

Well, the Pats are my team, but I like the Bears when they actually look decent...Maybe now they'll look decent...

Is it Griese, Orton, or Leak. I'd take either one.
