Well, maybe you should do something about it, like keeping your mind on your work. But maybe there is a specific reason you are not concentrating, like a prospective mate or soething, in which case, just think how it would look if you lost your job because you were thinking of them! Is that going to help?

If your inattention is solely at work and is not present in other areas of your life, I would chalk it up to just plain boredom with the job. Perhaps, you should explore new job opportunities or advancement within your company. Or, in general, just make some career change that will spark more of your personal interest. If you do notice that your inattention also impacts other areas of your life, then you may have some sort of attention deficit condition which an be treated with meds and skills building.

My advice: Evaluate your inattention. If there is cause for some concern in more than one area of life, or if it impacts your life so much so that you feel it is an impairment, contact a mental health professional.

Try some professional help but the more important approach is for you to realize (it took me almost 70 years) that no one has everything. We also each have particular talents and downfalls. You and I have some very strong advantages over others. Remember this if the help doesn't work. Just go on and make yourself the best person you can. Make that a priority.

you might have ADD, and you could get some meds to help with that. otherwise you might just be bored and need a new job!
