What makes you think that; given the fact that Bush has screwed up in both Afghanistan and Iraq? Iran has a 500,000 man military and it would take them only a week to mine the Gulf and cut off the oil supply. They survived a decade-long WWI style blood-bath of a war with Saddam, so we cannot do anything to them that is worse than they have already survived.
Who is going to fight this war? Our troops are exhausted; our nation is in debt; and the real question: what’s in it for us – what is there for us to win? The answer is – nothing. Just like Iraq, attacking Iran would be a lose-lose situation for America.

Well the answer has to do with factoring. First how well is GWB at math? Next we need to factor in how many countries have 4 letters in the name and begin with Ira and can be screwed up by GWB's vocabulary. Third if Syria attacks us we will definatly invade Iran or North Korea or anybody else not involved in the attack and GWB will make a 20 billion dollar arms deal with them. Fourth we need to find out how many funds china has to buy our bonds so we can afford the invasion. Fifth bush has only around 15 months left to continue to screw things up and he wants to get at least 3 more months vacation. Sixth it should only take a month to plan. seventh he needs another mission accomplished party which will take another month to plan. 8th it will take a month to find an excuse to call the weapons inspectors for the UN liars. That leaves 9 months and thats the 9th factor. so 9 months. Why not 10 the same as his fingers? Number 10 is ruled out by the nose picking factor.

You could also ask.." How many months before Bush pisses Iran off enough, that they may invade us"
This is just a stupid urinary contest.. and our boy hasn't got the guts.. but he likes to pretend...a war would be right up his alley.. he could once again hide.. and others would die in his place.. and besides that.. he would have an excuse not to call an election..... how convenient.

Iran is walking the fine line of international brinksmanship. They want to poke fun at the US while hiding their own faults. it's not enough to cause the US to go to war with them, but if they continue to support terrorist groups in Iraq, that might push the issue closer to reality.

if we are forced into a war with Iran it would be a huge mistake in that we will not be fighting just Iran but China as well at the present due to Iraq and Afghan we are pretty well to the max as far as troop deployment goes so the draft would have to be reinstated and then you would hear cries going up from all the parents and of course you would see the rich scramble for deferrements for their kids ect.

Greetings. how can Iran force America to invade it and destroy its everything like we did to Iraq? they hold a gun to our presidents head? we are the ones who want war, not the Iranians, nor the Iraqi's or the Afghans. no one other then our own leaders and pentagon force us to go to war. no one else has the power to do so. And I have to wonder why you think Iran will lose bad? know something that we don't? our military is already stretched out to impossible limits. suicide of our troops is increasing as are desertions. how are they supposed to attack a prepared for their invasion nation like Iran? magic?

Iran knows if we elect a liberal wienie they will be able to do anything they want. With no fear of war. So they will do nothing until after the election. If we elect a true conservative, along the lines of Reagan, they will give up their shenanigans for fear of being bombed back into the stone age. Wait, they are in the stone age now, back into the monkey age.

How will we be "forced" to do that? Will they attack us as a 9/11 kind of thing or what? Bush's itchy trigger finger will want war for the least little thing. We really need to be very very careful.

hokay... here's how it is... iran is supplying al-qaida with weapons and funds... that in itself is a bit shady, and i might take a little offense to someone giving my enemy a weapon... iran doesn't need to be destroyed, iran needs to free itself, with our help. we can supply irani resistance fighters the funds and weapons they need to topple the regime in place... hmmm... using our enemies tactics to get rid of our enemy... how genius!!! another great example of fox news being better than the liberal media... had to get that in there...
