Do they qualify for part of the $300,000.00 base salary?

Sept. call-ups get paid a pro-rated portion of the MLB minimum, which currently stands at around $315,000 or so. It works out to approximately $49,000, give or take a few thousand.

Major league minimum (around $380k this season) pro-rated by number of days on the roster against the full season (which is 183 days, or some number very close to that).

Unless they've got a major or major/minor split contract that dictates a higher rate (it cannot be lower).
