No. Its a personal struggle suicide issues. The person has to take on board what we offer by way of support & grow from it. We can't be held responsible for their actions after our answers are given.
I've been told though that its those that don't discuss suicide that you have to worry about. Those that post it may be fine, maybe.

no cant normally find the answer through the reams of screen

real people is what suicidal people need .. this online stuff wont help their cause

and it begs the question as to the seriousness of some of the questions on here

As an ex Samaritans volunteer, I got so sick of listening to all those people wanting to commit suicide, that whenever I see a question of that nature on YA, I always just give a one word answer, "Jump." So I for one, never check up later.

i have in the past but i try not to answer to many of those q's. i wish them the best and i know that they're looking for help but i'm not a doc. i'd hate to say the wrong thing.
