i'm a skinny old thing, but it makes me so happy to see these people getting a healthy mentality and a healthy body!!!!! do you like it? who's your favorite team? (or even favorite person?)

It's a great show! I am rooting for the red team,because they seem like the underdogs.
But I love Julian,the trainer from the black team.

I personally don't like that show at all haha. I think losing weight should be personal, and it's not really fun watching fat people struggleon national television haha.
