Put them in the bathtub with some laundry detergent for a day then rinse them off. It works wonders.
I have used bleach on mini blinds in the tub and it works well.

Hello.
You can take the blinds down, put a little dish detergent solution on them, let it sit for 20 minutes, and hose clean with a moderate pressure spray. Let dry, then re-hang.
I sincerely hope this helps.

The easiest way I have found is to take the blinds down and drap them over a fence, lawn chair, etc and hose them off. Leave outside until dry. It works much better than trying to dust each slat, much cleaner and much quicker.
