I can not get this car to start. Where should the wires off of the Alternator lead to? Where should the wires off the Starter lead to? Right now I am getting nothing when I turn the key but the power windows are working even without the key in the ignition. Please help.

on that car the wires went to a voltage regulator, those cars had external regulators on them,it sounds like you need someone that knows about electrical to help you with that one, wiring can be tricky ,and can cause the vehicle to catch on fire if not done right, good luck with it.,,PS my dad bought my sister one of those for a graduation present, back in 1969,it was 4 years old and he only gave 600 bucks for it,those was nice cars, take care of it.

Sounds like a fried fusible link wire or some other wiring problem...maybe have a good electrical tech or mechanic look at it and do some tests for power circuits.
Had a 67 Bonneville 428 that ran like a champ---big ole cruiser land yacht.
