I miss Dru. Do you think that she is really dead? I'm thinking since they didn't find her body that maybe she floated to a nearby city, like Madison. And right now she is in a coma at a hospital, lost her memory or something then she gets her memory back and then when Neil and that chick decide to get married, she will resurface, like how Malcolm resurfaced....what do you think of my theory?

*If she was fired then...maybe they get another actress to play her character....they'll explain it by saying she had to get plastic surgery because of the injuries sustained in the fall over the cliff....? But I really don't see another actress playing that character except for Victoria Rowell....

I think you have a future as a soap opera writer. Seriously, I would like to see Dru come back. No one has chemistry with Neil like she does.

Honestly, I don't miss the character. She just spazzed out about everything. I do believe that one day the character will be back since they never found a body, but it might not be Victoria. I do also believe like you that she will come back at an unconvenient time for Neil since he is getting more involved with Karen. Maybe she'll be an invalid and Malcolm will feel obligated to stay with her and he and Karen will end things. There's so many options out there, I guess we'll just have to wait to see what the writers want to do.

It could happen .I know they always seem to leave an opening for someone to come back to the show. Dru was in a movie with Samual L Jackson and she has written a book . She wants to pursue acting on the big screen and promoting her book . She was on The Young & Restless since 1973 so maybe it is time to move on. But she added so much to the show. I looked up her biography and she really was a dancer,model and a foster child.

I really do think Dru is gone. If she resurfaces like malcolm supposedly did, it will be a shock.

Dru wont be back unless they give her a NAACP award which is why she quit,,, HOW vain can she be?? she wasn't ALL that to become pissed off because she didn't win one!!! Personally I'm glad shes gone!!! I just wish Sharon would have gone over the cliff with her!

victoria rowell wasn't fired, she left.. i would just love to see her back. haha she is classic. plus now that neil is getting close to karen, it's a perfect time.

she may very well not be dead... no body found... leaves open the possiblity of a come back if and when the time is right.

don't worry of course down the road they will reintroduce her they have to get neil and his new girlfriend together then she will show up and he won't know whom to choose i hope they get back the drew we know and not some new actress

There was a interview with her and she was fired from the show .So i dont see her coming back.
