I know there are ethnic & cultural preferences. This is not a Q about that. This is an ethics Q in philosophy. Stay on topic or move on, please.

Don't be cute, I shouldn't have to exclude eating other humans as food. Give me real answers or delete your A's and give back the cheap 2 pts. Why should I bother ask real Q's?

This is a philosophy Q

The ordinary understanding of the term "food" normally and usually excludes eating other humans unless you are a cannibal and this Q is not directed to cannibals. Get it?

Again, I see you presume more than you should. How else could a person formulate a Q if they had no knowledge of the subject? That does not mean I am not looking for or considering what others think.

Many of you are not doing philosophy. Dumping down your ideas irrespective of the focus of the Q is not an Answer worth considering.

I see I have to emphasize this point: I know there are ethnic & cultural preferences. This is not a Q about that!!!!

Quoting Jesus, according to tradition: its not what yo eat that makes impur but what comes out of your mouth. Every other belief is grounded on cultural moral programing from leaders who think they speek for the creator or the god in their own image.

No. I will eat anything that doesn't manage to eat me first. And I've even gone a few rounds with a couple of those.

Tomatoes and Broccoli - not because I dislike them (in fact I love them) but because their consumption would cause either murder or suicide depending on how many were in the car with me after I ate them.

I don't eat other people on a matter of principle.
That's about it.

Edit: glad to know you can have a civilized conversation with people even if it started somewhat rough. Thanks!
