Scottie Pippen played an important role on the bulls. After Jordan I think we all can agree that Pippen was next in line as a Bull's hall of famer. He might not deserve a statue but I think that the city of Chicago should compromise. Maybe the "Scottie Pippen water fountain" just around the corner from the Jordan statue. Maybe "Pippen Park," or the "Pippen bus stop"

Come on now, if you really want to give pops to the guy, you would never put him next to Jordan, that is just damn stupid. He is a great player and yes he deserves a statue, but you will never put that next to Jordan. I mean havnt this guy hear enough **** about how he was the side kick to Jordan. If Jordan stands in the front door then put Pippen in the back door. Jordan was the guy who scored and Pippen was the guy who guarded.

Pippen played a MAJOR role in all of the Bulls championships and in 1998 he would have been the Finals MVP but MJ stepped his game up and made sure there wouldn't be a game 7. Scottie's jersey was retired and its hanging high above the rafters in the United Center. I think that is enough.

After Michael Jordan have been given b/tch slapped via the 80's communities Pippen connect him to dominate a watered down ninety's era. No participant can win without their "scottie pippen" Magic gained with an injured Kareem and purely approximately gained the ninety one' finals virtually via himself

Yes there should be as a Major Player in the Bulls championship run a statue of him should be placed side by side with "His Airness"... only one problem, as an artist myself aesthetically speaking it would have a sort of imbalance since Mike's statue is situated at the center of the main entrance so putting up one in there also would be a problem aesthetically speaking. Maybe locating a new spot near Jordan's statue would do justice for Pip.
Hope this helps.

there will never be another Michael Jordan. his legacy is unmatched. with what he did during his career, only he gets a statue at United Center. I understand Scottie was one of the greatest players of all time, but he just wasnt as good as Mike.

Why not? I think though that Scottie's happy and content with where he's at as far as his accomplishments and contributions with the Bulls are concerned.
