Why does it matter?

Of cource its not going to be the same. If you craped a watermelon, would your asshole be the same?

None the less, sence there are billions of babies out there, and millions of loose vaginas that they came out of... and men are still having sex with these women?

They must be so desperate. I mean.. I bet those men, fathers of 3 or more, have to put on hip waiters instead of condoms to insure they dont inpregnate there wives AGAIN.

By 5 children, men just put on shower caps and use there heads instead of their penis's.

And these women with 16 kids, the guys just crawls up there and handpicks the egg he wants!!!

( Stupid question, stupid answer.)

A woman can practice an exercise involving the pelvic floor muscles called Kegel exercises. It CAN help to tighten the muscles up again, but the vaginal passage -- even though it is exceptionally elastic -- may never quite be the same, especially if the baby was a very large one, or the delivery was terribly difficult.

There are surgeries that can be done if the pelvic floor and/or vaginal wall are too loose (causing prolapse of the internal organs), but this is pretty extreme.

She can do pelvic floor exercises look it up on the internet. she can do it at home with no one knowing what shes doing. It's basically squeezing you butt cheeks together quickly 10 times, while shes doing this her vagina muscles are working aswell. She needs to do it quite a few times a day. you can also buy inserts which look like little plastic cones which are inserted into the vagina and then she just does these exercises as often as she can thru the day.

Not right away, but with regular exercises(kegal exercises), the woman will tighten back up over time if done regularly.
I've had 3 kids naturally and always do my kegals.
Am actually in better shape now 'down there' than how i was before having kids.

it depends on the age of the woman. younger women heal better and faster than older women. but it also depends on the amount of tearing that occurs...if there is a lot then chances of being normal aren't good. if there is not that much chances of being somewhat normal are good. only cosmetic surgery will fully restore tightness.

Greetings. their birth channel shrinks back to before child birth size, but they do not become virgins again if that is what you mean. Their sexual organ shrinks or tightens up, but not back to how it was before the first child was born.

Their vagina changes shape permanently after birth. However, my husband can't really tell the difference. Kegals work wonders.

Usually. If not, the doctor can give her a few stitches with local anesthetic, later on, to help.
