I can't say for certain, but they had better be signed in front of a notary! Request it, if this is how it must be done.

Hi it is almost across the board that you have to serve them legal papers whatever state tehy are in HOWEVER, if you do not know their address or where they are you can usually post it in a newspaper for certain number of days and certain number of newspapers. If after a earnest effort to serve papers and not being successful the court usually allows you to file papers that swear you tried all you could and that makes it legal for divorce to proceed.

No. They have to be either currired or mailed return receipt requested and the signatures have to be made in front of a notary.

I don't think so. You have to have someone hand deliver them and get them signed.
