I don't quite see how one could learn ONLINE !! Though the "Irish Accent" link is interesting...

I think 80% of it is simply a natural ability to mimic... and 20% is actual study and practice.

I've been able to duplicate accents and dialects... and just plain mimic someone since my early teens. One thing that amused / annoyed me during my time in the US Navy was that I'd pick up the regional accent after a few days exposure to the area or a person (Coastal Virginia, Pan-Handle Florida, Wisconsin, Texarkansas, Phillie, etc).

I think the BEST thing for ME is movies and television (news).

GOOD LUCK.

for instance. Google is your best friends, there are a lot of in-detail guides. I'm an actor too, and I love speaking in different accents. However, I was born in england, and raised in Canada. So I have 2 accents mastered, and can switch between them at will during the day.

The link above really helped me how to speak with a light irish tone.

NO, while the sites may be excellent, who is going to listen to you and correct your errors. You need a dialects teacher.
