Has anyone ever heard of this? Because I have one and I can't find info about it.

It started back in the 1960's and has kept going to this day, almost every U.S. coin denomination and type have been made in miniature. They are novelties and have Little resale value. There are enough types out there for someone to do research on and do a book, but this has not been done yet. You also may incounter your (I guess it is a medal) big brother for they also have made 3 inch ones too. Hope this answers your question.
