I measure a person by how well they handle themselves in any situation. A person who handles success with humbleness and handles failure with dignity is an very strong and honorable person!

Neither. At best the measure is in between and beyond. Better yet whether there is either and what it is.
A man should succeed at being good and loving others. A man should fail at crime and hate. Am I to measure a successful man who handles well his exploitation of millions any more than a failure who went down saving other's lives?

You measure him by how many failures he had to have before having a success. So it's how well he handles failures and betters himself.

I would measure a man by how well he handled his life, home, family and others. As these are the true successes in life.
A measure of a man is not what he takes or makes but what he leaves behind, or gives to others as he walks his journey through life.

I try not to judge at all. I try to accept people for who they are. We all make mistakes. It's best to just deal with the fact that we are human and to err is human. Sometimes mistakes are a person's best luck. It is wonderful to have success, but with every success, someone must fail and visa versa. Dealing with it is often not even a choice but an outcome of a given hand in life. I love watching Eddie Murphey and Dan Akroid in their christmas movie, that pretty much says it all.

Failures and successes are merely judgments about an outcome. The person with failures forgets the role others had in the outcome. The person with successes forgets the role others had in the outcome.

You measure by the failures. Is the person a bitter loser, doesn't care, or revels in losing?

Why do you want to judge anyone? Can't you just love people.
Should I judge you for not knowing what the plural of success is?
