DO NOT attempt to do this yourself. You could severly injure yourself in many ways, including the possibility of getting ganegreen in your "spot" which means that area rots off. NOT EVEN KIDDING! It has happened before even when done by a proffessional.

you have to go to a pro someone who knows what he or she is doing, other wise you can develop an infection.
