It's really neat to look at pictures of people I love, and come up with ideas for pretty pages to show them off. I used to hate cutting up my pictures, but that was back before computers made getting copies of pictures really easy. I am in the process of figuring out what I am going to do for my youngest daughter's wedding photos. She got married last month. Her graduation photos were easy to figure out, because there wasn't that much for sale in the scrapbooking area when she graduated high school.

Yeah, I do! A year ago my friend asked me to go to do scrapbooking with her - I thought she was insane - sticking photos on pages and making it pretty - I went along ... now I am addicted - it is relaxing, fun to hang out with the other people there - and I am finally getting all my old photos into beautiful albums. I love being creative and artistic so I think I took to it naturally.

scrapbooking is fun, but make sure you dont take yourself too seriously, otherwise you'll get burnt out really quickly and end up with half books all around your house...not like i know anything about THAT! the home shopping network always has amazing deals on albums, papers and embellishments if you dont have a local store!

I enjoy scrapbooking because you can be creative and not have to follow any rules.
