That's a very hard decision, but I would say that any of the PS3 exclusives are the best games out now. I have 4 PS3 exclusive games: Motorstorm, Lair, Heavenly Sword, and Resistance Fall of Man.

The best game out for the PS3 right now is probably Heavenly Sword because many people compare it to God of War, but the fighting system is different from God of War and it's a great action game.
