My Compaq's cd rom quit working. What is the BEST way to get online tech support for my problem?

I've been trying to access some remote tech support in order to either fix or replace my CDROM that doen't want to work at all. I'm having trouble with how I'm searching for the site.

Dude just go to the comppaq website and put in your computers modle and modle number and look for a replacement part.
