The main Key Date for the mercury dime series was the year 1916D which had a mintage of 264,000 this coin has a value of $850 in grade good..There are also a few semi-key dates, being 1921 and 1921D.I hope this information helps answer your question.

Yes indeed it is the 1916-D with a mintage of just 264,000. Dealer bid in grade good is $825.00. The 1942 over 41 is second then in order 1942 over 41 D,1921-D and 1921. The Winged Liberty Head (Mercury) dime is a fine piece of art. Ones in mint state with full split bands are just beautiful.
