I fought in two wars. I have accepted death for many of my friends and loved ones. I have seen people I do not know take their last breath. I have come home to rebuild and start a new life. I have made peace with my fate knowing it is something we can never accept or anticipate until it happens. I am not scared. When I was a pup, I was sitting beside my grandfather when his doctor told him he had Cancer and it was too far advanced to be treated. He was going to die. He fought in the second world war and saw the same kind of things I was to see in the coming years. He told me he wasn't scared. He'd already seen death and wasn't afraid of it. He was more worried about my grandmother. I never fully understood what he meant until now. I am not worried about me. I know I will die and could die at any time. I am worried about my wife and what will come of her without me around.

Im 32 years old and im not at all afraid of death. To me, its a part of life and is to be expected. The only thing that bothers me if I would die today is the fact that my three kids would be without their mother. If an adult dies and they have lived a full life i am not sad for them however if something happens to a child that makes me sad.

Not of 'death' itself.
However, I am not a fan of pain nor of the idea that I will be unable to enjoy this life anymore.
It is the end of options and the method of that ending that worries me on rare occasions.

Yes very scared, and i know your time comes when it's "your time" BUT you can also help prevent it, like if you jump off a building, i don't think that was my time to go, i think i shouldn't have jumped off that building. I wont even let my friends drive bc i am scared of the out come....it has become RIDICULOUS.....
anyways, BTW i am 21
