Neither has a latin names, latin names are given to species, and a golden retriever is just a breed of dog (dog is canis lupus familiaris) and a liger is a hybrid of a male lion (panthera leo) crossed with a female tiger (panthera tigris).

For a latin name to be given, the animals would have had to be around back then in ancient Greece and Rome.

Unfortunately the golden retriever is only as new as the 1900's, so the closest you can get is the dog name of canis familiaris which means domestic dog.

The liger is a hybrid of a lion and a tiger, which wasn't around prior to modern times. Tiger territories and lion territories were not near each other and the two did not interbreed. It took humans with zoos and pet felines to breed the two.
