Look for the Cardinals to improve, they won't face many more Defenses like Baltimore's. The 49ers will continue to improve as well. Cincinatti needs to make the playoffs or Marvin Lewis may lose his job, they have too many discipline problems to keep him around if the Bungals don't show some true signs of life. The Browns are always bottom of the barrel and they don't have a smart enough front office to dig them out.

The Lions, Cardinals, and Bengals will crash and burn, and I think the 49ers will continue to get better.

well the raiders (not in there but should be) and dolphins and bills will crash the rest have a good chance of doing at least okay
