I have a trade offer where I give up Portis and Nate Burleson for Larry Johnson and Santana Moss- does this make sense for me in a PPR league? I realize Portis is off to a fast start and LJ is not, but I'm thinking over the course of the season LJ may outlast/outperform Portis. Plus, Burleson will be out of the starting lineup once Hackett comes back...

Definitely do this trade. Santana Moss is better than Burelson and you get Larry Johnson who is better than Clinton Portis. This is not risky because it is risky also to have Portis because Portis is injury prone and has a backup that could take his job at anytime. I think Larry Johnson will end up with a great year and is just having a slow start because he got into training camp after everyone else.

I think I would definitely trade Portis for LJ, straight-up. I actually have both of them on my team. As far as Burleson and Moss -- I don't have their stats right in front of me -- but I think Moss is way better than Burleson.

do that...portis will either get injured or simply slow down-one of those is bound to happen. as for lj, i dont happen to believe in him this year, but he can only be so bad. santana is a great deep-ball threat. also, burleson is gone in a few weeks with the return of hackett
