you can't tell anything from an isolated hcg reading. this figure needs to be compared to another using a graph then compared to a sonogram. determining fetal age is more complicated than that.

My guess from personal experience is that you are just barely over 4 weeks along now, meaning 2 weeks from conception.

Probably around 4 weeks 0 days , which is when you miss your period. Here were my levels:
4 weeks 6 days: 1397
5 weeks 1 day: 2557
5 weeks 4 days: 5779
6 weeks 4 days: 24,300

my level was around 600 when i first found out...doc said like a week to a week and a half from conception.
