Letterman watchers higher IQ than Leno crowd.

Family Guy observers higher IQ than Simpletons herd.

If true, or not, WHY do you believe it to be so?

I like your question...and if I knew what the Simpletons were (do you mean the Simpsons?) I could answer better...but I have thought that to be true with the Letterman vs. Leno thing...and I never feel right about looking at someone like an idiot who just doesn't get the references made in Family Guy...but I can't help it...(I can't even elaborate I feel so guilty saying that fans of the opposing shows have a lower iq)

I'll have to come back to this.
Yes, agreed. I've never once
been able to sit through more
than 5 min. of the "Simpletons"
(good one!).

As for the night show hosts,
yeah, but we gotta give some
element to people's days being
over. Perhaps Letterman's
material is challenging in
the first place, and after their
day, the last thing they (a share
of Leno's crowd) want is to think.

Whereas Letterman's bunch is
more academic, and it comes
naturally? Just guessing, here.
