1. About 25 degrees.

2. It changes as the Earth turns. And depending on where on Earth your are and what time it is, it could be anything between -90 and 90. As seen from my home this time of year, it is right on the horizon most of the night, and pretty much impossible to see.

3. About 30 degrees.

4. Is approximately equal to your latitude.
