I hear they fry their stuff in peanut oil which is better than other oils. Plus they have the best chicken sandwich IMO!

Yes, I think they are. Here is some information from their nutrition page.

Our pressure cooked items-such as the signature Chick-fil-A filet, Nuggets, and Chick-n-Strips-are hand breaded daily in our restaurants. They are then cooked in 100% non-hydrogenated, refined peanut oil, which is naturally cholesterol and trans fat free.

Yes. I'm glad that you asked this question. KFC is gross but Chick Fil A is a healthy fast food restaurant and I love their chicken sandwiches. Yes they use peanut oil but it's still all good and you get proteins because it is consider real meat.
