try to draw a pure white horse with a long tail ..and add a twirling horn in it's fore head and tada!!
u have a unicorn...
But you can add your ideas of a mythical unicorn..like drawing it running and along it's tail a silvery dust appeared..

It depends on what kind of unicorn u wish to draw. the most simple would be to draw a horse and add a horn to its forehead, and of course there r a few differant horns u could draw, a spireled or a plain curve horn r 2 u could use. a more traditional unicorn would still be the horse body, but slimmer and leaner with a goat like beard on its chin, large tuffs of hair hanging off the backs of the ankles and a lion like tail (thin and long with a big puffy tuff on the end.) u can use your imaination on how u want it to look, for example I once saw a picture of a beautifull unicorn that had scales instead of fur and had a tree branch looking horn. Thats the great thing about unicorns is as a fabled creature u can make them look as u want. I hope i was able to help.

start with the head of like a horse, make sure the movement of the animal is shown threw mussel tone and draw the body remembering the purpose of a horse, the last thing to be added is the horn for the unicorn look, but the features of that are more horse like unless you are drawing a pegasus in which wings would be out comming from the back and no horn should be added
