You learn by your own experience, and by other people conveying their experiences to you. By absorbing what you learn, when the topic in question comes up again, you should remember, and then know. At that point, you will simply know that you know. Note: There is always a chance that you might learn the wrong thing, so you may know you know, but you will actually be incorrect - just something to consider.

I know because I have seen, reviewed, tested and re-tested. I am convinced that I know and believe in my heart that it is so.
