Here's the instructions for the 2003 accord from the owner's manual. I think the instructions are different if you have the navigation system; that was on the EX-L with leather interior.
here's the instructions for the EX

The audio system usually shows the time when the ignition switch is in ACCESSORY (I) or ON (II). Itshows the operation mode of the radio, CD player, or optional CDchanger when you operate them, then goes back to the time display
after three seconds.

To set the time, press and hold the SOUND button until the audio system beeps and the clock flashes.

To set the hours, press and hold the H (Preset 4) side of the bar until the numbers advance to the desired time.

To set the minutes, press and hold the M (Preset 5) side of the bar untilthe numbers advance to the desired time.

When you are finished, press the
SOUND button again.

hope that helps

turn the car on, and the radio off. there is a button that says clock beside it. (i think it is the sound button.) hold it down untill the clock blinks. then you use the preset buttons that have H M R. Hour, Min, Reset. set the time then push the clock button again.
