Um I think they are cute and i like the whole L& L thing but maybe consider these names:
Madison & Marie
Allison & Alexa
Kylie & Katelynn
Emily & Elyse
Carolynn & Callie
Sophia & Samantha
I'm not sure if you are wanting non common names or not and I know that those are common (or most of them) but I think they are absoulutly adorable names! Lacey and London however are very nice too!

I think Lacey & London are very cute. I like when twins names start with the same letter. If both you are your husband agree, you should go with it.
Good bless you & your precious little twins to be...
I wanted twin girls, but my cousin had them.

It really is better for twins not to have their names begin with the same first initial. My parents settled on Larry and Gary for my twin brothers. Tracey and Lacey?

Lacey is nice, but London sounds like a boys name to me.

Fraternal twins, a boy and a girl perhaps, London is a boy's name.
If you must go with L, how about Lacey and Lizelle.

London is a place and as a name sounds pretentious and phony, sorry.i do not like Lacey because i think of that poor pregnant lady in California who was murdered by her husband,Lacey Peterson.it was just too tragic.

Ooh they are cute! I think those names for twins are adorable. Some people will probably disagree since London is a city, but for a baby, toddler, kid, teen, adult, and so on I think it is a very nice name. :)
Oh, and how do you see London for a boy? Made fun of big time. How about a girl? Not made fun of. Guys like to mess around and make fun of their friends unlike girls.

I think they're overly matchy without being the least bit similar in style -- pretty much the exact opposite of what I'd like for twins.
Lacey is an insubstantial name often linked to the adult film industry (thanks to it's obvious ties to the actual WORD, and the sexy lingerie it often refers to), and London is a random city name most often used for males.
I'd personally look for two names that are actually complimentary. In other words, some with similar origins or styles that DON'T start with the same letter or sound like basically the same exact name.
