Medium, with chips & crispy onion rings, a nice sauce on top. Something like cracked black pepper or a creamy garlic butter or mushroom sauce. Oh & dont forget the garnish, lettuce, sliced tomatoes & onion.
Ice cold beer to wash it down mmm. Im hungry now

They ask me that every time at a restaurant. How would you like your steak cooked?
Hey, that's an excellent idea. Cooked. Yeah, great, do that.
Then I finally caught on, what WAY would I like my steak cooked.
Okay, with gas, electricity, hell, even a wood stove is fine, as long as it's cooked.
Why do they have to make everything so complicated? Kinda like when the waitress says, "Hi, my name is Stephanie and I'll be your server."
And I reply, "Hey, that's great. MY name is Marc and I'll be your customer. Isn't it wonderful how that just happend to work out?"
(All I can say is that it's a good thing I tip well...)

New York Strip, cut thick. I like it char, rare. Steak fries on the side with Malt Vinegar. Tossed salad. I'm done for the day.
