Here's a source that discusses his speech. He said Israel should cease to exist as a political entity. That's something most Muslims probably believe.

He doesn't deny the Holocaust, but he does seek to minimize it.

Ahmadinejad is an evil troublemaker, a puppet of the Russian stalag. His reason is to goad the Israeli's into doing some thing rash, yet they are lots smarter than the banjo eyed midget Mahmoud ! he's so accepted of the Muslims who won't have the capacity to triumph over the Israeli's no remember how problematic they attempt. So, he will proceed to exacerbate the actuality that he's likewise a mendacity scumbag by way of denying the holocaust ever befell !

Remember the symposium he had a year or 2 ago for Holocaust deniers
Anyway..I hope you're not starting the
denying the denial of the Holocaust bandwagon
That's just too much

I've never seen a quote from him that said the Holocaust didn't happen -- he (and his country) did host a conference of "Holocaust deniers" a few years back (2005?).
And the quote about Israel was not in English, and can be translated in different ways. "wiped off the map" is one translation. Another is "removed from the pages of history". And it's unclear from the translation if he is referring to the country as a whole, or it's current government at the time.

He never said wipe israel off the "map" (he never even says the word "map") or deny the holocaust, but he did invite holocaust deniers to debate it in iran & called the holocaust a myth. Typical media spin against Iran. Here's an example: Iran said they would defend itself if attacked and have drawn up plans. lame stream media's headline "Iran draws up plans to attack israel" Our media is worthless propaganda!

he does not agree with isreal right to exist but he is irrational. the creation of isreal was very controversial and he and the middle east have a very good point but the violent way is the wrong way.
