you set the volume of the spill = to the volume of 2 barrels of oil.
the spill volume = the barrel volume
area x 120nm = 63 gallons x 4.228 liters/gal / 1000 liters/cubic meter
rearrange to
area = (63 x 4.228) / (1000 x .000000120)
