Well, if you touch it and it shimmers -- then it's a hologram, and not a real diploma.
As to whether the university exists, whether the university is accredited (and by whom), and whether the person actually was awarded that degree by the university -- you can find those out by contacting the university.

well to me the document looks a bit folded in my opinion and for others that i have seen before theirs are very straight and neat and also the one you posted looks a little off centered to the right too and it looks like a cheap frame haha for a person to put an accomplishment like that in
