how often are you scared and what happens when u get scared? Do you sweat? Heart beat fast?

tbh i am scared of no one it sounds arrogant i know but there is no point in life being afraid of anything

my girlfriend scares me as a woman knows how to hurt a man (and i dont mean like that either)

If I'm walking somewhere early morning, or late evening, I'm usually scared if a man is behind me.....
My heart does beat fast if I start to run a bit, or if the person gets closer.......but I tend to sweat loadsss!

My dad - it used to be everyday when i lived with him. I would have panic attacks and vomit. I still get the panic attacks when he is in my dreams.
And my cousin - ever since we were children (she is a month older than me) I have been terrified of her and now we work together and i have stomach ulcers.
