No they are not elusive -- they are just flexible, like Gumby.
The Democrat Congressional Majority is easy to find -- just look at the list of members of Congress -- the problem is they don't act based on what they claim to believe, and they refuse to live up to the promises they made getting into office.
That's the nature of Democratic hypocrisy -- slightly different in texture and application than the hypocrisy of other political parties

i don't know. all reid and pelosi have to do is not propose a funding bill for the war in iraq. or they could just propose enough money to get the troops home and specify that's what it is to be used for.
of course, bush might not use it for that since he ignores the Constitution.
so just don't propose a funding bill, period.
