I have a sewing machine and i think its called white or something and the shuttle hook came out and I don't know how to put it back in. HELP.

Just to support Delta's advice - it will probably only fit one way because of the little bumps for the clips to hold onto.

Not knowing the specific type or model of the machine I can't say specifically, but as a rule, the sharp point of the race hook goes at the 6:00 position on a front-loading bobbin machine. You grasp it by the spindle and insert it until it seats, then flip the retaining clips back over the edges of it. Put the bobbin back in and you're good to go!
