Do you have any suggestions for an extension of that name like Callista? Do you like Callista...thats the only one we can think of. Thanks!!

I think Calleigh is cutest if it is not a nickname for a longer name.
I like Callie if it is short for Calinda, Callista, or any of the above suggestions.
Kalena, Kalora, or Kaliyah are my picks that are cute with a nickname of Kali.
Maybe Nikala (pronounced like Nicholas without the s) could be shortened to Kali as well?

I like Callina!
That's an extension of Calli but its really pretty!
Callista is too much like Callista Flockhart

I don't think I like the name Callista but I really do love the name Callie! Im not sure if there is any other names for Callie but I think if you do name her that the nick-name Callie would be absolutly adorable!

I love the name Callie, I am 20 weeks pregnant and my husband and I had already picked out the name Callie Jean if it was a girl, her nickname would be CJ. Callie is an adorable name all in itself.

Just a couple of the most common names that Callie is a nickname for. I also have a distant cousin called Callie whose true name is Catherine, so pretty much an CA name goes.

Calli is a cute nickname or name by itself. if callista is the only name you can find then you might just want to name her Calli.

Callis is cute and Callista is a fine name, though people might associate with Calista Flockhart and (if they don't like that actress) might bring up the whole eating disorder issue. (Ignore it.) Here are some suggestions, but I like Callista:

I personally think that Calista is a perhaps too old fashioned for me. Why not just name her Kali. I know a girl named Kali and she is so sweet and loves to shop :)
PS: According to the other answers, obviously there is no other really great ends to Cali. :)
