Not a classical piece. Sounds like something by Clint Mansell along the lines of his "Requiem for a Dream" , perhaps a section from that.

Musician, composer, teacher.

Whatever it is, it is certainly not a classical work, and I am not familiar with it except to say that it has the style of the usual anime/video game music that gets asked about here twenty times a week. Not that much to it really -- a drumbeat and a couple of non-descript lines played by synth strings. Unmemorable at best.

And if you are asking us what it is, how can you be so certain about what it isn't? I think insulting the answerer is not the proper thanks for the trouble folks go to in trying to answer your question. Pretty damned rude and presumptuous if you ask me.

You might like to drop YA a note,
http://suggestions.yahoo.com/?prop=answe...
asking them for your own "Anime" (and similar) section to be set up? It has really nothing to do with with what we do here, but this is, right now, where many of the 'Anime' and similar questions seem to end up, even so... :-)

(Meanwhile, please don't gratuitously insult a highly skilled musician in this section who is answering in good faith upon the basis of the discipline this section is devoted to, when *perfectly reasonable* answers, in relation to what we concern ourselves with here, aren't to your taste because *you* have misposted your question, *twice* within the hour.)

Good luck to you, and do **ask for your own section**...

I don't know what it is, but then it is not classical so thats not altogether surprising. Try one of the other categories.
