highly unlikely, all of the debris that would've been there would have been pulled into the sun.

but i think you'd be interested in knowing that scientists think that there was once a planet between mars and the earth, which eventually crashed into the earth creating the moon.

maybe, there are planets in other solar sytems that are two to three times closer to their star than mercury

They were more like asteroids or rock fragments in the early formation for the solar system. It would have been hard for something to form so close then be pulled inward.
