In the sentence, how can i use the word " think" as a noun?

I don't think it's proper grammar, but I used to know a lady who would say she was just "sitting here having a think."

If you said "I enjoy thinking".

Thinking is a noun in that sentence. It is a gerund.

If you said "I like to think."

This is an infinitive and it is also a noun.

In the sentence I like to think, think is a noun
