P.D. degree??? There is this woman who signs after her name: Jane Doe, P.D.?

what is that?? is that a new degree I don't know or are those the initials for her title that is Program Director and she is signing as her title for lack of a better title?

She works in Human Services, so engineering or medical fields are out of the question

It could be for a Doctor of Podiatry -- a foot doctor.
